Yes, this Zimbabwean currency really does say "Fifty Billion Dollars."  And it's real. 

Eventually, Zimbabwe switched to using the US dollar as its currency.  But not before they tried going to
a barter system.  Which also failed miserably.  Hey, you try bringing in 50 billion goats to make a deposit.
